About
We are two sisters who have grown up sharing a love of nature and pets. As we have matured we decided to find a way to express that, and share those feelings with others.
We are both on the leading edge of the baby boomers, so we’ve had many years to experience the joy, the trials and tribulations of pet ownership and the pleasure and aggravation of gardening. Regardless, our lives our interconnected with these two loves.
Though there can be no substitution for the warm fuzzy feel of a loving pet, puttering in the garden offers relaxation and a feeling of accomplishment.
Since we each share a houseful of pets, we will share our personal experiences… our loves and our losses. We will offer our views on gardening success and failure from an amateur point of view, and will also post links for professional advice on pet and garden care.
Our lives have been enriched by our pets, all of whom have shared our homes as members of the family. Gardens have enhanced the beauty of our homes and provided enjoyment for friends, neighbors and family.
We are eager to share with you and hope you will share with us.
